Back to School :'(

Hi again guys! I'm sorry I've been a bit absent but I've been busy with going back  to school. Its been a few hectic weeks. I've had to pack and unpack and put up stuff in my room.

Its been a bit of a hurdle to get back into school mode. There are things both specifically school related things and things about living at school that I have to reacquaint myself with. School isn't all bad though. Its a lot different than high school. Its a completely different type of situation with the schedule, professors, and the other students. I like the change in all of those things and it makes for a scary and exciting adventure.

So far this semester I've done well enough with getting back into the school mode. It helps that I've done this before. If any of you lovelies are in college or are going to start college don't be embarrassed by having trouble with the adjustment. Most schools have mental health counseling or something like that on campus. If you're struggling don't be afraid to seek out those services. It really helped me last semester and I don't know if I would have been  able to make it without them.

Well, I have to do homework  so I'll talk to you later.

School?!

Hi guys!

I thought I would update everyone on how college has unfolded for me. I ended up moving away but still going to community college here in northern California. My school has dorms so I'm almost having the usual college experience. I like my school but it isn't great. Its not meant for people to live there so it took me a little while to adjust. I utilized the resources on campus (which I recommend everyone do)  and started to get help. I eventually got my stride in school and  I finished off my first semester quite strongly.

The college situation that I've ended up in isn't ideal but I think its good for me. Its a much more subtle change than going to a big campus and I think it was easier to adjust that way. It was good that I was able to still move out  because my home situation was not suitable for college. I used to feel like this was a failure but now I feel like it  was a good stepping stone for me. It turned out to be just what I needed.

That's all I have for today. Hopefully more to come soon.

Adios  Chiquibabies,

Hi Guys!!!

Hi guys! I know that its been forever and a day but I'm finally at a more calm in my life (more calm, not calm, my life is always crazy) so I figured I would try to start back up again.

I started college in January and it took a lot more getting used to that I had anticipated.(More about that to come). It feels good to have finished two semesters of college. It really helps me be able look toward the future with amazing possibilities.  I learned so much about myself this year because of moving. I started to make strides towards the person I want to be, I have a long way to but I'm working I'm in an O.K. place right now. I've started to draw and I'm planning my YouTube Chanel. I feel like I can do anything.

I really, really want to keep blogging and I have a lot that I want to talk about  so I can see myself  keeping up with the blog for a while.

Until next time,
Rickki J.

P.S. :This post is for Leah :)
